香港の設計師は日本が大好き‼
七喜ビルは香港の九龍サイド、土爪湾にある10,000㎡程度の改修物件ですが、この物件をご担当なさる香港の設計は、改修工事では有名なTsui Wai Kit Architects Limited(TWK設計事務所)です。現在は跡継ぎの息子 娘ご夫婦に会社の経営を委ねていらっしゃいますが、陳先生は香港の改修業界では誰もが知る第一人者です。
その陳社長は日本が大好きで、時間があれば日本にご旅行なさい、日本の建物などを勉強なさってらっしゃいます。我々もご旅行にご一緒することがございますが、日本の技術や品質管理の素晴らしさをいつもお褒め頂いています。
現在、ほとんどの物件で関西ペイント社をご指定頂いております。
ジョン・ラム氏は今回、今回彼の天厨というロジスティクス・ビルの改修を関西ペイントの 塗料でご指定なさいましたが、彼も大の日本ファンで、年に3-4回は日本をご訪問なさいます。

Lucky Building, a renovation project of approximately 10,000 sqm in To Kwa Wan, has already initiated its works, with our Kansai Paint products already secured as their chosen paint supplier, under the specification by Tsui Wai Kit Architects Limited (TWK). Mr. Chan is the boss of TWK, although he had already appointed his son-in-law and daughter as his successors. There is no doubt Mr. Chan is famous among the renovation industry in Hong Kong for his efforts exerted for quality assurance.
Mr. Chan fell in love with Japan thus visits often to get a grasp of the building industry of Japan. Sometimes, we would accompany Mr. Chan and his wife, the couple who both admire the highly developed technology and quality management in Japan.
Nowadays, TWK has been recurrently choosing Kansai Paint products for their projects.
Mr. John Lam specified Kansai Paint products for his project - Tien Chu (Tsing Yi) Industrial Centre. He is also very fond of Japan, and would visit 3-4 times every year. Having much cultural interest in Japan has also motivated him to learn and study the language.
