本来は大理石の代替えとして妻面やポーディアムなどに使用されるこの材料ですが、提案の仕方で幾重にもお客様の満足度を高めることが証明されています。

Aqua Zolacoat EX is one of our long and well established products in our Kansai Paint material line up, and its quality has earned a widespread reputation all over the world as a multi-colour decorative coating system.You may be aware that the Hong Kong market is also in great favor of this product, and it has been specified in various circumstances such as for exterior/interior, residential/commercial in order to enrich the appearance of the building. Since we have adjusted the application methods as opposed to conventional multi-coloured spray coating, more variations of gorgeous colours and exquisite decoration could be produced.

Unlike other similar products out in the market, our Aqua Zolacoat EX does not require the application of individual transparent top coating. From the quality management perspective, transparent top coating is comparatively difficult to control, as the applicators often do not pay much attention to whether certain spots have already been coated or that if even coverage has been achieved. This eventually may lead to patchy works. In fact, our Aqua Zolacoat EX saves workers the hassle and greatly reduces their workload by omitting this typical two-coat procedures.Moreover, Aqua Zolacoat EX can be applied not only by spray but also by roller, which gives us a big advantage when it comes to retouching. Sometimes, touch-up work is unavoidable at the construction site due to unforeseen circumstances. However, spray application would be rather difficult to match the colour or texture with the existing finishing. Roller application can resolve such problem and at the same time contribute to less protection work of the surroundings, allowing partial spot by spot touch-up.

Tuen Mun Park is the first and the largest park in the New Territories in Hong Kong, providing recreational facilities and places for relaxation to the citizens. To minimize public disruption during construction, the Hong Kong government will look for products based on cost-effectiveness, nuisance control (such as sound, as spray application will require the use of electric-powered air compressor, which will produce continuous noise from a running motor), and the finishing appearance. Only our Aqua Zolacoat EX could fulfill the above requirements, and our clients are certainly happy with our product competencies. Our demand for such products are still up and going, and we may introduce many more projects at other times, one of which is a 20,000 sqm project commencing this autumn!
