Routine Seminars for Clients

In the building and construction field, we strive to become professionally well-rounded. Therefore, we aim to provide services that are all inclusive to our clients. Hosting seminars and managing Q&A sessions have become one of our routine activities. These presentations are tailored for our clients, which include architects, consultants, management companies, incorporated owners (I.O.) and more. Often, these seminars will take place over the weekends or during the night on weekdays, whenever it is most convenient to our clients. Sometimes, the seminars and meetings will start at 8:00 PM and end at around 10:00 PM or even 11:00 PM. To ensure each renovation or development will go off without a hitch, our clients and the incorporated owners have found themselves fully committed in the projects, despite having to meet up at late hours.

The primary topics in discussion would usually be the introduction of our new paint products or systems that are being applied onto clients’ properties. With a good habit of always retaining stringent measures, clients in Hong Kong will bring up questions of all sort, covering all aspects of the construction industry. Some questions are as technical as the formula and the function of our new paint systems, comparing between paint products from different countries, environmental concerns, and building paint maintenance. For certain projects, some I.O members actually have extensive past experiences in the building industry. Hence, they may ask keen questions from a professional viewpoint, and we find that it stimulates our academic interest, with new hints dawning on us for further cultivation of our paint products.

The reasons why our clients are having growing concerns for the construction works is not only because of the credibility of the specified materials, but also that the property value in Hong Kong is extremely high, and so they must learn more about the project scope in order to protect their important assets. As a paint supplier, we are more than happy to give our finest efforts to assist in the projects. Thus, hosting seminars and attending I.O meetings are the least we could offer.
