大新金融中心は香港の中心地である湾仔のメインストリートに面する商業ビルで、日経新聞など日本の企業も入っている（入っていた）ビルです。

今回、他社と試験施工のコンペを行った上で、このビルの全面改修を我々のゾラコートで行うことが正式に決定しました。

下記の写真は開工式の写真ですが、旧正月の前後に、12,000㎡程度の材料が出荷されることになります。

Everbright Centre, formerly known as Dah Sing Financial Centre, is a prime office block located in mid-town of Wanchai for major financial services firms, some of which are Japanese companies.

After going back and forth with the comparison and competition for the visual mock-up, it was concluded that Kansai Paint has been chosen for the entire renovation project! Our estimated commencement time would be around Chinese New Year. Stay tuned!
